On April 3, all of you can come join our support of the 1st Assembly of the Community of IMI Corona dedicated to education. Education for our children is very important. We want to invite more members of our community to share their experiences and to imagine the next steps to create more justice in our schools. This will be held at the Queens Museum. Free admission.
Join us April 21 to raise funds and materials to send to the people and families affected by the earthquake off the coast of Ecuador. The event will take place at SOB's (Sounds of Brazil) from 6PM till 11PM.
Sunday May 1 we will be united in one voice at Maria Hernandez Park. It will be held at a Teletón Internacional to raise funds for our Ecuadorian brothers who suffered a great disaster on April 16, caused by the earthquake. Click the flyer for details.
This May 7 we will be in solidarity with our Mother Earth. The event was profoundly born to help those affected by the earthquake which affected thousands of Ecuadorian families. This will take place in Immigrant Movement International from 5PM till 10PM. Come and share with us!

On Saturday May 28 we will support our community for the return of their monthly cultural celebrations. Join us at Corona Plaza from 1PM till 7PM for art, live music, various forms of exercise and more.
On June 5 Wawakuna be present and in solidarity with the Ecuadorian children affected by the earthquake. "All funds raised at this event will serve as a contribution to child victims of the earthquake in Manabi, Ecuador." The event will be held in Flushing Meadows Park. Other details are in the flyer.
